New Years Eve Dinner

Here are the pictures from our New Years Eve dinner! Needless to say that we had a party afterwards (I think this will have to become standard practice now)!

As with the Christmas meal, this dinner was a huge team effort and special thanks goes out to Ronie for making the BBQ's, Cheg and the warehouse team for all our last minute requests, Gabriella and Samuel for helping with the decorations and of course to all my staff who were fabulous yet again. And of course to Eric who ensured that the hangover was well in place this morning!

Our main choice for the dinner was of course the Hog Roast. These were marinaded then cooked slowly before being finished off on the BBQ's. This was the first time I had cooked these on this scale so I was really pleased it went so well. A great eye catching choice which went down great with our customers. 

In the pictures here our butchers and Murthy are preparing the pigs ready for the ovens!
