| We alwasy try and liven up the dining hall for our theme dinners. This time I came up with the idea of displaying a full size surf board! Murthy is responsible for the fantastic display. SURF AND TURF! Knarly man! |

| The Lobsters are the only thing edible on this display and we had to post a guard at this table to stop the Nationals from nicking them!! |

| We get access to some really good fruit here, some imported from South Africa and some bought locally. |
