I am married to Lucy and father to Harry and Rose!

I am originally from Yeovil in Somerset but now live with my family just outside Cardiff in the small town of Penarth.

As you will know from my blog I work in Angola but previous to that I worked in London as an Operations manager for Pitch TV and prior to that I served as a Petty Officer in the British Royal Navy!

I am a fan of Manchester United, Yeovil Town, Bath Rugby FC and England!

The most precious things in my life are my 'little buddy' Harry and my 'little spud' Rose. 

I have no idea where he gets his temper from but Harry has demonstrated it here by launching the entire contents of his toy cupboards outside his room.
