Baby Girl Cake

I received an email from Murthy who is at home on leave which said:
"Hi Steve, my wife is so
strict she said only one can of beer a day, i said no problem but Malongo size!"

Chocolate Oreo Mousse!
Seeing as Angola is a few years behind the rest of the world (in culinary terms at least) I felt no remorse whatsoever in knocking out these desserts for a VIP dinner!

4th July Independence Day Dinner 2013
Check out the pics from our 4th July theme dinner, with our Cupcake Pyramid as the centerpiece! As always the team pulled out all the stops and worked their socks off.
I owe a big thanks to my sister-in-law Sian for her advice on the cupcakes! (I'm afraid we failed to make them as nice as yours!). The Pastry cooks here hadn't seen or made cupcakes before so they didn't do too bad for their first attempt!
Other highlights were the Mississippi Mud Pie and the Smoked Brisket and Sauerkraut Sandwich bar!
